"...an unholy fusing of technology and magical (almost biological) properties used in reanimating dead flesh, as well as augmenting the living with 'Dark Symmetry'. It is a focus. The medallion belongs to Hauptsturmfuher Wilhelm von Kardstedt, a Bavarian noble who is in service with the Fifth Reich under UberFuher 'Deathhead" Von Strasse. Kardstedt is the UberFuher's metaphysical advisor, and guardian. The medallion simultaneously infuses von Kardstedt with the energies of the 'Dark Symmetry' turning him into a virtual super-soldier, yet it also slowly draws from him his natural life force. Even as the medallion is the source of his power, it is slowly turning him into a Frankenstein-like creature not wholly human. It is known to be a focus of near limitless power, but with a heavy price. The allies are on a quest to find it and either capture it, or destroy it. The axis powers want to use it to ensure the perpetual domination of the Reich. There are rumors that its secrets lie waiting to be discovered in the ruins of Castle Wulfenstein. It is something that was never meant to be...and yet it exists."

A commission piece obviously based in the Wulfenstein game franchise.
